CANDLES

What ingredients do you use?

All ingredients were carefully selected to honor our commitment to sustainability, wholistic health and the environment .

  • 100% soy wax, grown in the USA, was intentionally chosen for its renewable, sustainable and natural properties. 
  • All fragrances are free of carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, acute toxins and phthalates. 
  • The crackling wooden wicks are sustainably sourced in the USA.
  • Each candle is labeled and packaged using environmentally conscious materials. Recycled, biodegradable, compostable and post-consumer recycled products are used whenever possible.

Where are your candles made?

All our candles are handmade in and shipped from Rapid City, South Dakota.

How long do your candles burn for?

Approximate burn time varies based on candle size.

tealights: 4+ hours

4 oz circle: 25+ hours

7 oz circle: 40+ hours

7.5 oz glass: 45+ hours

12 oz oval: 55+ hours

Can the candle vessels be reused?

Yes! Once your candle burns out, this is a great opportunity to try out one of our refills, or you can get creative with your repurposing (plant pot, match jar, pen/pencil holder, etc).

My candle won't stay lit, what am I doing wrong?

The length of the wick is the leading culprit here. Make sure to keep the wick trimmed to 1/8"-1/4" above the wax line. The wick should be trimmed before every use. For more info, head over to our Candle Care page.

ORDERING + SHIPPING

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use USPS for majority of our shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States. That said, we hope to expand to other countries in the future!

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Most orders, depending on location, are delivered within 3-5 days following shipment.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please email alpinecandlecollective@outlook.com. In the email, include your name, a photo of the damaged product, and indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns?

Do you offer wholesale pricing? I am interested in becoming a stockist.

How much lead time is required for a wholesale order?

Lead time will dependent upon the order size. For the order minimum, (24 candles) we require two weeks. If you have more questions, send us a message here.

Wholesale minimums?

We require a 24 candle minimum. We also ask that you select at least 3 scents to provide a variety of options to your customers.
